. A few weeks ago some bad weather caused some minor damage to my vehicle. Unsure where I should start for the repair. I googled collision repair shops nearby. With Crash Champion being the closets. Today I stopped in and spoke with Mark. He didn’t waste anytime. Out the door we went to view my issue. He then asked for the keys and was able to take care of it SAME DAY!! I want to personally thank you for going above and beyond! Thank you Crash Champion!!!

Kathy Eaton had a wonderful experience. Estimator and repair tech were thorough, practical, down to earth, and good at communicating. As someone who knows nothing about cars, this was a breath of fresh air. I felt so confident in their recommendations.

I was in town for meetings and my back window shattered. I needed to drive back to Chicago so I went to Safelite and they wrapped the window for me, but a mile later the plastic flew off. I stopped by this Crash Champions location and asked Mark if he could help. He wrapped it for me the right way and I had no problems getting back home. Took him about 5 minutes and didn't charge me anything. Great service and if I lived closer and ever needed any repairs, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here. I appreciate the help and would definitely recommend these guys.

All I can say is they were incredible. Our car looked like it never had any damage. They were communicative, professional, kind, and all around great. They went above and beyond. They even cleaned our car! On the inside too! Our tires were shiny. They give a very detailed breakdown of everything they did, how much each part and labor cost, and were very helpful with any questions we had. This was an insurance claim and they helped to make the process very smooth for us.
